Lag/Crash/Timing out/battlefield hardline

Dear.Customer support or whatever you mite be.

I was able to play this game in Beta nooo problem which its been a while and know  i buy it n come back and all i get is  Lag/crash/timing Out/Error

And i asked   people in the game while i could am i the only one?  n they said no there are a  few who are having the same problem.I did as  your website said and i still had that problem.

What did yal do to the game where i cant even play  a game i buyed? i got a  very extensive   gaming computer yet i  still have  your game erroring me out crashing me/lagging me  and timing me out of matches  which is truly  annoying.Do you guys plan on fixing this big problem where players cant even play the game? or are you guys even working on  it as  we speak?
