Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? PC, Windows 10, Fall Creator's Patch. Start game and navigate around the menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? After last patch (Turning Tides North Sea - Jan 2018), the menu from which you see Home / Campaign / Multiplayer / Soldier / etc is much laggier than pre-patch. While my fps in-game were always iffy, the menu UI always ran at 144 hz (per my monitor), very smooth, transitioning from tab to tab. Now, clicking on a different tab is 'laggy' in that the movement and animations are no longer smooth. Sometimes, the hover highlighting of a tab doesn't show, and then all of the sudden will. very strange. Even the server browser is now much laggier when refreshing - just seems like the frame rate suffers where it didn't before. I also notice that the transition between the end of a game and the end of round screen also freezes for a bit, where that used to be smooth as well.
