As far as I'm aware, there is no way to get a different language version from Origin Store if you're from the area where only PL/RU version is provided... getting the EN version would require being in the area covered by a different Origin Store. I think it was done to cut on procedure of getting cheaper keys without any consequences by either buying keys from resellers or using VPN to access the other stores...
Also, I am 99.9% sure that something like Worldwide Edition in a way you understand it doesn't exist. BF4 from some Origin stores (US one for sure) has all languages available, but there is no separate multi-language version you can get if you're in Poland.
I dont think this is fair approach from EA and puts me and other english speaking people in a position where we can't actually fully enjoy the game that we have paid for, I'm actually glad I havn't decided to buy BF4 Premium or other extras otherwise this would make me even more disappointed. I'm taking nothing can be done here other than hoping on a plane to the location where I can actually buy English BF4.

You technically could purchase a physical version of the English copy of BF4 via a service like amazon and have it shipped to you.
