Late purchase of Premium

If I purchase BF4 Premium today (2/24/14) would I still gain all the bonuses (e.g. Premium battlepacks, dogtags, knives, camos) as those who would have gotten them on day one?

    If you buy the Premium service, all Battlepacks and past contend will be granted on your account.

    How would i get that i also have this problem i bought premium for PS4 on the 23/07/14 yet no battlepacks, knives or camos are unlocked.
