Good morning/afternoon,
You were banned by our service (which is an optional, third-party service that's not required to play Battlefield 4), because you were positively linked by our proprietary system to another player (https://bf4db.com/player/1917975357) which was banned for Aimbot as the account streamed a Punkbuster Violation under a previous alias. The violation is as follows:
PunkBuster Server: VIOLATION (AIMBOT) #59153: Somic_krr (slot #35) Violation (AIMBOT) #59153 [8ab21ab9b3a885f4194da61bd0e30eb8(-) 94.233.224.11:3659]
You were therefore banned in accordance with our banning policy (found at https://bf4db.com/banning), and your appeals denied based on the Punkbuster violation. If Evenbalance admits that the violation was in error upon submission of a trouble ticket, then we will be more than happy to lift the ban. Otherwise, it will remain. We apologize for this inconvenience, however we do not negotiate with hackers and will not lift the ban under any other circumstances.
As previously mentioned, BF4DB is a third-party anti-cheat site that provides cheat detection and exclusion from servers running our plugin. You're more than welcome to play on any other server not running our plugin, or on Official servers.
BF4DB is committed to providing the best service that it can, and we are always open to discussion with EA/DICE regarding our services. If they would like to contact us, they can do so at anytime through our website, Discord server, or by email at [edit: email address removed].
I hope this answer helps your case, and we're happy to provide additional assistance as well as provide full IP logs and proof used to determine the link as well as the Aimbot violation upon request.
Regards,
Sovereign_Skies, Director
