Lawrence of Arabia BUG

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I purchased the BF1 Deluxe Edition early so that I can use the Lawrence of Arabia pack...only to use use a few times and now it is not available. EA customer service advise me to post the issue as a bug on this site. Is anybody having the same issue??!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please view my BF1 companion LazyFoal7714127
What happens when the bug occurs? Used the Lawrence of Arabia a few times than it was not available.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number XBOX 1
Enter RAM memory size in GB

    Hmm, thanks for the post. Can I check if you can re-download any content packs from your store, can you see the Lawrence of Arabia Pack there?

    Yes...I have the code that came with the Deluxe edition. Did you need to see the code or should I re-input code on my end?

    I did go to the store but did not see anything. I did try to re-input code but stated it was already used.

    I don't know but I might be correct. It is generally not recommended that a person publish their codes online. Probably won't be  problem but just saying.

    @karansempire make sure every necessary DLC pack is properly downloaded and installed. Maybe any pack needs a seperate download as add on or so.
