I deleted the BF4 on my PS4 rebuilded the database and reinstalled and updated it and still the "Night operation", "Community Operation" and "Legacy Operations" are downloading and when it finishes they're NOT installing.

PS: Another fellow gamer messaged me and has the same problem and doesn't know how to fix it please help.
Try going via Battlefield game store menu all DLC maps will be there they will be free download and install that way. You should have access to all maps you have mentioned. When I have problems this is they way I make sure they get installed. Make sure you follow steps. Good Luck

that's what I did and have done and still not working :S
Do you have BF4 Premium? Do maps appear on Browser? If they do what does it say once you try to join them? You are allowed to download maps without BF4 "Premium" but you won't be able to join servers.
**Remember you still have to make sure and initiate installation: example

or Check your Library BF4 "all add-ons" you'll see or should see Legacy Operations, Community Operations and Night operations
