Level 100 and not getting xp

Thanks for answering my question.  I am just a little confused as to why it shows a rank 101 with the eagle on the colonel rank faceing the other direction.

Level 100 is not the max level on BF4, level 110 is. However there is a bug where you cannot go over 100.

If you open the link to my battlelog profile you will see my battlepacks on the right side showing negative points.

I recently got an xbox one, and was 108 on the 360. When I first played BF4 on the xbox one it allowed me to copy over my stats and unlocks and rank from the xbox 360. I did this, now every time I play it says i am level 100, and doesn't count any of the experience I gain in games. my battlelog for the xbox one says I am 108, and 39,500/200,000 towards 109. I've played 5 maps and it either tells me I am 100 and going towards 101, or it will randomly actually tell me I'm 108 and yet in both cases not count any awards or experience gained.

How do I fix this.

I'm lv 100 and I gain exp after every match but at the end of the match it doesn't recognize the previous game. When I check battle log it shows I'm 0/200,00 exp on lv 100. However, the kill/skill/stats get updated, just not the XP.
