Level 100 Colonel -> Level 110 Brigadier

So everyone I know, with or without the china rising expansion has been able to level 110 except for me. Was the 10 levels after 100 intended or am I experience another bug? Or perhaps a bug in a bug if you catch my drift? I was 100 before the premium access to china rising was released, and friends that levelled before and after my completion was able to proceed to 110.

    Hi there,

    With the China Rising expansion pack, the Battle Rank have increased to 10 new ranks. (110). Before you can proceed to this rank, you need the China Rising expansion pack installed as well as all multiplayer updates.

    If you already own China Rising and still, you can't rank up. Try to delete China Rising and the latest title update and install these again. Does it work?

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem  https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you

    I do not own China rising, thanks for confirming that the 10 extra levels are meant for the expansion. I was confused when friends without China rising could level to 110. Thanks.
