License code

Hello.

Since EA clearly does everything in its power to prevent them having to deal directly with their customers, I will ask here.

Last Fall, I purchased a license code for Battlefield electronically.  After recently reinstalling Windows, I need to the license code to install the game again but don't have the license. I found my purchase online through my account. I have an order number and a date but I need to know what the license is associated with the order.

Is there a way for me to find out?
