Loading Screen Freeze or PC crash

I bought BF4 a few weeks back, and i am yet to be able to play a single game.

Each time I try playing (including single player) I get to loading screen just before rendering game graphics at the black loading screen with the white loading icon in the top right corner I get one of two scenarios. 1) Game freeze on black screen and goes to white upon trying to exit from which point i have to end process. 2) Complete PC crash to blue screen error 0xa00001.

I have been able to log into game via x86 mode, but is truly horrible and unplayable slow. Have tried numerous fixes from other threads with no joy! My specs are as follows:

Dell Inspirion 15R 5521
Windows 8.1 64bit
Intel Core i7-3537U
8GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD8730M
Hard drive 1TB

I have assigned BF4 on catalist, disabled origin in game, run as administrator, reinstalled PB. Am i using chrome to launch Battlelog. Battlefield 3 is still running without any problems.

I am currently using a 65W charger instead of the specified 90W as it was lost. Could this be the cause of my problem? Please any advice will be highly appreciated!
