Located in US, but Battlelog is only displaying EU and Russian servers

Located in US, but Battlelog is only displaying EU and Russian servers, to which I have about 180 ping at minimum. This started after my account seemingly got hacked, as my name had been changed to Vinokurov_Corso and my location, security questions, and everything else linked to my Origin account were switched to Russian. I can't change any of it because, well, the security questions are in Russian (and they've been changed anyway), and EA support has been unresponsive.
The main thing I care about is being able to play my games though, so if anyone knows how to change my server region so I can find US servers again, I would very much appreciate it. I still have my favorites from before all this happened, but that's only two servers.

  • HI VINOKOUR

for changing servers login into battelog and go into multiplayer tab there is a black tiny bar that start with this title"SEARCH FOR SERVERS" click on it

go to bottom there is an option named "Region" if anything has been clicked over here please remove it and restart the battlelo

my account was hacked once , is your email changed or not? if yes  go to origin support and tell them your security question has been changed but you still have access to

your email they well send a vertification email with a code u have to tell them what code is then they will change your security question

if no u should have the history and the cd_key of your prodouct they can help u that way

if your origin language has been set on russian do these steps

    1-login into origin

2-the first black tab is origin click on it

3-go to bottom of menu the last option is EXIT then next one is LOG OUT the next one is ACCOUNT PRIVACY next one is APPLICATION SETTINGS click on this one

4-the first option is GENERAL click on it

5-from the menu that will open the first option is languege, change it to English

6-improve origin security  from privacy menu

    7-restart origin

i hope u find this help full

  • Go to Battlelog and click on Multiplayer tab. In search options, uncheck whatever location settings are chosen and, depending on your preference, either check North America or click on Custom and select whatever countries you want.

Aside from that, I would still recommend trying to get through to EA Help in order to get the security question back. I mean, without that you're at hacker's mercy in terms of being able to log in at all (plus, for example, he might cheat in-game on your account and get you banned).
