Hi @Johnno2112 The "disabled.ea.com" domain usually means that the EA Account is disabled. Often this is done due to inactivity.
If you can remember what email address you used for your EA account which is linked to your PSN, then you should be able to re-activate it by requesting a new password. Also, the guide below contains a bit more information which might help with the issue you're facing:

Since there isn't anyone on these forums who can access accounts to change details, if all else fails then you will need to keep trying with EA Help. These steps should let you contact them:
- Go to help.ea.com.
- Search for "EA Account" and select that when it appears.
- Select "See all help topics".
- Choose the "I want to update my EA email" option.
- Select the contact option which appears beneath the article you'll be shown (N.B. the support option may change).
Hello, I appreciate your help, thanks. I have followed the steps you advised and this isn’t getting me anywhere. It gave me the option to chat and when I fill out the details it takes me back to the help menu, there’s no confirmation or waiting to talk with someone. There isn’t another option to contact either. Couldn’t see contact option either, I feel like the section is bugging out.
I tried forgetting password for another email but it isn’t showing as an account.
