I am having the same issue, all of my joystick input is being read by the program very, very wrong. It says my throttle is a trigger, some of my triggers are an axis, and the yaw only reads in one direction.
My drivers and configurations are working in everything else, both the logitech software and microsoft sofware correctly read the input from this joystick.

EDIT: I'm using a Logitech Wingman force 3d model J-UC10 (It's old, but it works.)
