Do you have other input devices plugged in at the same time such as a game pad? If you do unplug everything but the mouse, keyboard, and F310 and see if it works since sometimes multiple input devices conflict with one another. I had that problem in Dragon Age Inquisition and Dark Sould, and unplugging one device solved the problem.
