Losing progress because of crash is an urgent issue that NEEDS FIXING ASAP!

Lost 1 hour of progress (probably 3 hours total ever since bf4 was released, if not more) because of the "battlefield 4 has stopped responding error" Nice game. Re-leveling/unlocking the same stuff ...

Yeas agree, I have activated my XP bonus that are in the battlepacks only to have the server crash and loose what ever bonus I ma have received and lost time while in that server.

This needs to be addressed or offer people XP bonus % in compensation as I am  yet to get any bonus points from what I have activated.

    Dice please give us the xp we lost or give us some bonus xp based on how much time we have played so far.

    Sometimes I loose progress when I leave a game and sometimes I crash
