Losing progress because of crash is an urgent issue that NEEDS FIXING ASAP!

Lost 1 hour of progress (probably 3 hours total ever since bf4 was released, if not more) because of the "battlefield 4 has stopped responding error" Nice game. Re-leveling/unlocking the same stuff ...

I beat the campaign and the game froze when I was replaying the last mission, now the save file is gone and I have to start from the beginning. 

Not to mention the time lost with the freezing and the server crashes. 

This is EA, they are not going to give you anthing back. What I have learned is to not preorder battlefield 5 when the time comes lol.

    Freezing up with in seconds you deploy.

      Just lost my m16a4 unlock and I have no desire to have to "re-unlock" it all over again. This blows.

        Went 110-40 on a TDM map and had like 15000 xp pts.. lost all of it on a crash near the very end of the game ☹️

    Lost 6 hrs on the PS3 Campaign when it froze up. 'Bout went postal. Knew something was wrong when it kept hiccuping throughout the game. Let's get this crap fixed ASAP.
