Losing progress because of crash is an urgent issue that NEEDS FIXING ASAP!

Lost 1 hour of progress (probably 3 hours total ever since bf4 was released, if not more) because of the "battlefield 4 has stopped responding error"

Nice game. Re-leveling/unlocking the same stuff over and over and over and over and over again. I am raging here.

Dice, give me back the xp/unlocks that I lost. In fact, implement a global event where everybody gets a bunch of free experiance to the class they played the most. We all lost allot of xp because of this crap.
