Lost Connection to EA severs

 Lost connection to EA severs on my account but my son is playing just fine in the living room ? HELP MEH TOM CRUISE !!!! I have reset the console Xbox 360, and cleared my system cache reset the router all the common stuff still no connection.

    Are you both playing on Xbox 360 and are you able to connect to online gameplay if your son is offline?
