"Lost connection to the session": A self-help and router set-up guide

HI , Read through your post and tried to do what was explained but still having the same error .

Im so confused lol i set my ip to static used a prot forwarding program to add the ports tcp and udm to 3074 did the dzm thingie ,only thing i havnt done is the Nat . still unsure on what to do there . please understand im an utter retard when it comes to IT stuff lol any assistance would be greatly appreciated .
