Inca coin Dogtag and the others are now available after BF1 update. So free for all. I havn't recognized it at first.

Just like "Prost" and "Sakura", there is no information yet known about how to unlock these new golden dogtags.
When the time has come, you will find the information here, on Twitter or on the Battlefield news page.

The easter egg dogtags are hidden (until you unlock them), so I don´t think there´s a connection.
Since the Halloween dog tag was given out in a community mission, I'd be willing to bet that these dog tags will be a community mission reward.
Yes, gave out the dogtag during Halloween weekend for bronze dogtag, but those are gold dogtags... I think those are greater challenge to unlock... Hmm... Maybe nothing to do with BF1, just like Answer HQ dogtag.
WOW... Those dogtags are mystery.
And that's the strange part, the Sakura and Prost dogtags have been added months ago now and still no confirmation how to obtain them whatsoever. The messages around that these are for respectively Japanese and German players seem to be only based on rumours but don't hold any ground unless somebody can show that someone of these countries ever received either one of these. And now 4 more mystery dogtags were added without any unlock info.
Could these all be part of yet to find Easteregg(s)? Would be awesome if true.
