Lost inca coin dogtag unlock?

The october update added the lost inca coin, arc de triomphe, matryoshka doll, and bedouin warrior dog tags. Just a brief description woth no unlock unlock criteria. How do we unlock these? Are these ...

    Inca coin Dogtag and the others are now available after BF1 update. So free for all. I havn't recognized it at first.

      glad these gaps are now filled! I got an amazing 15 dogtags so its worth to check.
