Lost medal progression BF1

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I encountered a bug on the medal Royal order of the imperial crown. In stage 1 you have to place top 5 in a round where I have last night. But after the game was done, I left the session to go to a different one and my progress of making top 5 was lost. The medal does not specify you have to do all stages in a single round and it is the first stage of the medal.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You tell me. Ive seen a post online where someone also had this problem and even getting 3rd top didn't save.
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose progress.
Please select your region South America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Team Deathmatch
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia 780Ti vlassified
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32gb

This is not a hardware bug. It's server.

    For sure that it resets when you switch Server should not happen. That's any infame problem, but you don't need to do all that in one Round! That's not possible, because the first part is "Reach the Top 5" and that's just at the end of a match.

    But stay on the same Server and try if it doesn't reset.

    Unfortunately, that medal has passed. Which may be a good or bad thing. I just started playing the game so I'm not completely sure what the medals do aside from easy xp.

    But I feel I should have mentioned that there's a server progression issue.
