Lost/missing Battlepacks

Hi. I recently ranked up from 65 to 76.. it told me ingame that i got battlepacks for every rank. But when i went to the battlepack tab, none was there. What to do ? ☹️

    The solution to the problem is to  wait, wait a lot.

    The packs will show up after hours of waiting ! 😞
