@EA_Kent Yup, I still see the same issues with a new Admin account ☹️ It even ran worse than with my main Windows 10 account.

Thanks for following up.When you're getting the low FPS warning are you still also seeing the latency warning pop up at the same time?

I'm still wondering if this could be connection-related. When you have the chance could you run a UO Trace and send me the results? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your PC and the servers, so if there's something happening along the way we should be able to spot it.

It doesn't look like the trace was able to pull the complete results. Can you double-check the steps and make sure that you ran it correctly?

Hmm, it would seem there is something that's not allowing the trace to run. It's only getting one hop away from your home network before the test ends.
Can you try running a traceroute and a pathping on your PC instead? You can find more details on how to run these tests below:

Hey @Marston_Liquid.
I got the results, thanks for sending those over.
It looks like those tests are still not getting the full results either. We should be seeing every hop in between your PC and the servers, but we're only able to see the starting and ending points. Who is your internet provider, if you don't mind me asking?

But I really don't have any issues with other games like Forza Horizon 4, Battlefield 3 (on Origin), Super Smash Bros Ultimate, I play a lot of multiplayer, conquest is my fav mode and it's unplayable with that lag, but the campaign works flawlessly.

I'm concerned there might be something that's preventing the trace from running correctly, which in turn may also be related to the issues you've been seeing in BF1.
When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with your ISP and ask them if they can explain what might be happening to prevent the trace route from running properly. If they can narrow down what could be causing that to happen, I am curious if that might also help with the other issues you've been seeing as well.Let me know what you find out. Thanks again!

Ah, I see. Changing the DNS can help in some cases like this, so that's not a bad step to try.
Did you have a chance to try running a new UO Trace after you spoke with them? I'd be curious to see if the results have changed at all.
