I'm concerned there might be something that's preventing the trace from running correctly, which in turn may also be related to the issues you've been seeing in BF1.

When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with your ISP and ask them if they can explain what might be happening to prevent the trace route from running properly. If they can narrow down what could be causing that to happen, I am curious if that might also help with the other issues you've been seeing as well.
