Low gpu usage again.

After this patch my problems with low gpu usage has returned. Oh joy! It never exceeds 63% usage. Was fine at 99% until this patch. AMD Phenom II x4 @4.2 GTX 570 @900Mhz Corsair Vengeance 1600 O...

I sorted it out. I redid all my user.cfg commands (I didn't change them, but just took them away, launched the game, then put them back in) and all was back to normal. Gpu usage binned at 99%.
And I'm on Windows 7.
