I live in SEA - Philippines, I cant even connect to any server now it always says connection is timed out and my bandwidth and latency does not meet the requirements. But it displays in the browser that I have 70-80 ping. Im trying to join Japanese servers but its either i am timed out or my ping goes up to 200+ when I join. Other games are fine though like overwatch and cs go. I've tried to join 24 player servers, I can join an empty one with good ping but when Im trying to join a full server it just says connection to EA is timed out again. The only device that is connected to the modem is the pc i've disconnected the wifi in other devices the only thing i am doing now is playing battlefield 1. Server browser says I have good ping but I cant even join a server. I already spent 1 hour on trying to join a server. Did I just bought a game that I can't play?
If you can connect to an empty server without problems it might have to do with your total available WAN speeds and or connection stability under heavy-load. To get some info on that maybe you can run a UO-Trace as suggested in this EA help topic: UO Trace (middle of the page).

I tried every full server in Asia and I can't even connect to a single one. I keep getting timed out but I can join servers with 0 players and I have less than 100 ping in there. Here is my UO Trace.

- 7 years agoYeah already tried those still didn't work. I already contacted them and said that they will make a report about it. I just hope it gets fixed soon lol.
