Low ping, rubberbanding in battlefield 1 after last patch

Product: Battlefield 1 Platform:PC Summarize your bug I have had annoying rubberbanding since the last patch. its not really a bug, maybe its the net code? my pc is connected to a eithernet cable...

put my console in dmz and played for a while. Still seeing some players run on the spot / lag. Not sure if it's just other players with bad connections and out of my control. There are a few things I might try, I'll update if I see any improvements.

Everything I have tried hasn't made any difference

Tried:

Reinstalling - once to internal HDD and once to external HDD

Different router

Tried methods of restarting Xbox / clearing cache. (clearing mac address)

Still using xbox in DMZ

My Broadband speed is 40Mb Down / 10Mb Up

Just had another game where I could clearly see it happen and might be a better view of what I am experiencing:
