Those seem to be Latency and Packet Loss spikes. Have you tried to power-cycle both your Modem and Router? This usually will solve this issue.
Sometimes, however, that can be a server specific issue if there are issues with the server, or the server needs a reboot.
i manged to fix it by disabling the fire wall 🙂)
