Hey @Ace_Masteras,
Have you tried some of the following steps?
1. Make sure you have Origin in-game Overlay turned off in the Launcher, and the Battlefield 1 Game Properties
2. Check the Frame Rate Limiter option in the Video/Graphics settings in game, and try setting in to 60 or 120 fps if it's set to "unlimited"
3. If you're using Nvidia GeForce Experience, try disabling that
4. Make sure Battlefield 1 has access through your Firewall settings
5. Make sure you're running DX11 and not DX12
I don't see why you would be having any issues, the specs you provided are perfectly fine.
Have you also tried running at High settings, instead of Ultra, and seeing if anything changes?
Thanks 🙂

HI! Thanks for the reply. So the culprit with the drop/choppiness was either the overlay or DX12, however i am still capped at 60 fps and switching to high didn't change that. (Geforce experience is disabled and it has full access through firewall) there is something weird though: I don't have 'unlimited' as my frame limiter option, instead my options are:
60,120, 144, 200, "Monitor Refresh rate"
I am using acer predator x34, its refresh rate should be 120 but i am capped at 60 in BF1 (only) no mater the frame limiter option.

Hey @Ace_Masteras,
Glad to hear the FPS drops/choppiness was taken care of.
Now, for being capped at 60 FPS, what have you tried to resolve this?
Have you checked your GPU Driver Settings to make sure it's not capped there?
Thanks 🙂

Well like i said i tried switching to every fps limiter option and putting down the graphics but that didn't work. How do i check gpu driver settings for that? what do i look for?
Thanks!
