M16A4 do not unlock after pick in mission 4 (PC)

Hi,  The weapon is locked after pick in mission 4 singapore in normal mode campaign, in the game appears 3/3 weapon, but in the battlelog campaign 4 it appears 2/3 and the m16a4 locked. If i restart...

Sync the game data,

1) Open Origin

2) Right Click BF4 > Game Details

3) Cloud Storage

4) If the option is available press Restore Save.
