Hello @Klutz_Ninja2,
You should clear your system cache to make sure that no corrupt data is causing your issue. In the spoiler below are the steps on how to do so.
Spoiler1) From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2) Select System Settings.
3) Select Storage.
4) Highlight your Hard Drive Device.
5) Press 'Y' to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache. (For best results, do this 3 times)
6) Reboot your console and start the game. (You will be asked to update the game) - ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoThanks

Go to settings-system settings-Network-Xbox Live Connections
Or shut xbox or xbox360 down and unplug fattest plug in xbox(main power) for 2 minutes then plug back in and play!
If this not work go to settings-memory-hardrive or wich evr u use most-games and apps-Go down list and look for yellow exclumation marks(!) on left next to picture/ If there is press Y over one of them and delete it(Do same with rest) Then try to play game/ if same problem go to Hard drive or most used storage(in settings in storage) press Y over it then clear system cach twice.
Call Xbox.com to contact If not works!
