Matchmaking Error

Every time I try to join or connect a game, I keep getting this matchmaking error, I just purchased this game and it's really pissing me off. Can anyone please help me?

Could you try your game now? If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to connect as usual now 🙂

please check my account still stuck at the lobby for matchmaking. Thing is that its working fine. 5 days ago. Hope you can help

If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
