I am really sorry for those connection troubles. What platform are you on? Try these steps first to clear any problems you might have connecting with Battlefield Hardline.

- I get randomly assigned to a server with myself as the only player. I know I'm not having connectivity issues on my home network as I can log on to other servers (manually) within the game.

What platform are you on? When have you first noticed this? Can you try to open corresponding TCP ports?
