Medal tracker "Get 20 kills in a round" bug

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I was playing Team Deathmatch on Ballroom Blitz and tracking the final stage of "Legion of the skull" medal (Get 20 kills in a round). I had 19 kills and then got the final kill so overall i got 20 kills. The scoreboard showed that i had 20:X kills but i didn't get the medal. Medal tracker didn't catch my 20th - winning kill.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simulate the bug yourselves
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get the medal
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Team Deathmatch
AMD or Nvidia Model Number AMD R9 270OC
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8

    I´m not 100% sure anymore but I think an "assist counts as kill" is not always giving you medal progress (different medals).

    Maybe your kill was a little too late to be counted, but deaths in the EOR screen sometimes still count and other times they are seen in the scoreboard at the beginning of the next round.

    But in my case, I did the 20 kills in conquest back then, you don´t have to do it in TDM. 🙂

    The Medal he's working on is a TDM Medal, and as far as i remember as i did mine that this didn't worked on other Game Modes.

    (I know there are some other Medals where you can do the kills randomly in any Game Mode)

    Yes, i probably got 2 assists count as kill but i thought it is OK if its count as kill. Anyway good to know i don't have to do it on TDM.

    And hey, sure i can and will do it again but i better reported it, maybe it is bug.

    Alright, always good to share. 🙂

    You have should be able to see on the left side while playing, if you did a "Assist counts as kill" if it counts on the Medal or not. Then you know it.

    But yea, make sure you better do the right Kill. And try to get your 20th Kill before the final Match Kill!

    I know that, but I did mine in conquest. 20 Kills using a tank 😎

    They might have patched it by now, but @bluescreenofrekt can check if his progress counts in conquest.

    You're right, something might changed for some Medals requirements. Cause it's a while back as i did mine.

    Who knows. :P
