METRO didn't give credit for Express Train assignment

So my buddy  Sphincternator is trying to get the F2000. I saw him get 25 kills on the Metro map and he didn't get credit for the 10/10 needed in one round. So we thought, maybe you literally have to ...

Ok now I'm pissed off. i want some technical support here, or if I can't get real support here, I want a phone number to call or something. I now have a screenshot of 11 and 14 kills INSIDE the Metro on a different ranked server now. Makes me wonder how many other things we've worked towards and haven't gotten credit for. I thought all this **bleep** was fixed in patches long ago?
