METRO didn't give credit for Express Train assignment

So my buddy  Sphincternator is trying to get the F2000. I saw him get 25 kills on the Metro map and he didn't get credit for the 10/10 needed in one round. So we thought, maybe you literally have to ...

I have the same issue.  I got the assault ribbon and more than 2 assist ribbons.  I hit 11 kills and when I ended it says I had friggin 1.  Talked with tech support and they basically said * off, we cant give you the reward....but post in the forum and maybe 10 years later EA will fix it.  Took me 5 try's too.  Lame as hell that EA support is even worse than Blizzard.
