MicroLag that causes you to slighly pull back every few seconds

Summarize your bug Micro lag that slightly pulls/drags you back every 3 seconds. Imagine someone very slightly pulling you back every 3 seconds while you're moving. It effects every action besides moving (ei. You throw air when you are meant to throw a grenade, you get pulled down when you're halfway climbing something, your vehicle slightly breaks every 3 seconds when moving) Also causes deploying to say its no longer available if you happen to click on a point before the timer runs out.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cant find anything about it anywhere. Some patches get rid of it and it eventually comes back after the new patch drops after.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get very slightly pulled/dragged back every few seconds when doing anything. This happens on ALL modes except singleplayer

Summarize your bug Micro lags that seem to slightly stop/* you when you move or do any action. Imagine if you were running and a person slightly pulled you back every 3 seconds, but you were still moving afterwards and it doesnt stop you. It also effects any action such as throwing a grenade and the lag kicks in and you throw nothing, or trying to climb a wall and you just end up going half way and being jerked down again. Its extremely visible in vehicles too (like if you step on the breaks slightly every 3 seconds). If you click on a spawn point before the timer has finished, it will also give you the message that the deploy point is no longer available and you have to click it again or simply wait until the timer is done before spawning again.
