Middle East Servers - High Ping! [PS4]

Its almost the same for me. I get 200+ ping on middle eastern servers, even i used to get 50-90 and somehow i consistently manage to get between 170-190 on European servers. Im from Pakistan, how do i get better ping on servers that are further away from my location? My internet settings have not changed, and I'm using an ethernet cable. Also, the new update that was supposed to fix the issues the update preceeding it did not do much to fix hit registration issues as i can still see my opponents flinch and bleedas i shoot them, yet my hits dont register. EA should have fixed their servers before trying to mess with the netcode of the game. The game is currently unplayable for me as the bad servers combined with the netcode has a severely adverse affect moy only on my gaming experience but on my in-game stats as well. Please. For the love of god. Fix the middle eastern servers or change the netcode back to the way it was.
