I solved it, i had a ps4 controller connected to my pc i removed it and it solved my problem.
Yes, this is happening to me as well, At first. repair game would take care of it and that was bad enough because you had to log out log in, repair game ,20 min, go back in game and wait to get back into a game. NOT FUN !!!!. But not it's stuck always. Tried many things and combination to find problem but to no success. To illustrate the problem, if you go to practice range, aim your tilted scope and push esc to go to options it goes back to a correct postion, but when you push resume it pop's back out of wack. about 2 or three inch per 158m. Since my best shot is 1411m the rifle is useless now, might as well use a DMR. I WOULD THINK THE SHOW WOULD BE ON THIS RIGHT AWAY, BUT KNOW. lead-inc age64, this is not petty complaining.
Hello mister, do you have a controller plugged in while your playing? Disconnecting this helped me to resolve the issue.
