Missing BFV preorder weapons for BF1

Apparently I still haven't received BFV pre-order bonus weapons for BF1.

My current platform is PC and I contacted EA via email, live chat but no response.

Tried to uninstall and reinstall both bfv and bf1, and did everything I could such as deleting my cache etc.

I tried to contacting with ea years ago, and I'm getting tired with zero response.

    No, there are no Enlister DLC for bf1 but bfv, I already installed Battlefield V Enlister Offer.

    DLC's saying that I will be getting these weapons in bf1 immediately.

    Somethings strange that is I got all the pre-order bonuses for bfv, but not for bf1.

    I heard consoles could download and install the Enlister DLC, but I'm in pc.

    @Danny6160That is correct, as you need to install that on console to get the weapons in BF1. Going on forum posts from the time this is also the case for PC, but people cannot find the pack to install it.

    In this case it would be a matter of persevering with trying to contact EA Help.

    Are there any more way to contact them? EA live chat seems doesn't work for me as the pop-up windows don't appear, and I would not like to call them because of my terrible English accent.

    Also, they don't replay on my email about this problem.

    i'm missing the preorder weapons too, i did the live chat thing with EA a couple months ago and was told that they couldnt help me because they "couldnt find the data." and implied that this was more of an issue with Origin.  They were beyond vague about it.  the more i think about this, the more it pisses me off.
