Missing BFV preorder weapons

it looks like I will have to try tomorrow as it seems I cant chat with them after about 9pm gmt 

I have been trying to say it is about the weapons ill try again and send that link this time when I can 

do you have any theories as to why this has happened?

all I can think of is I did pre order BFV but decided to refund it after seeing all the negativity but seeing friends were getting it to play I decided to re purchase it (still within the pre order time slot)  and maybe that has broken it some how as I have only recently re installed BF1 to play agiain so I had no idea of the issue untill just this week 

another theory is I did purchase origin access to get the pre order at a discount and thought I had cancelled it but turns out I had not so had to contact support to cancel it and get a refund for that month and perhaps that has messed with it in some way 

either way I did at one point prior to uninstalling bf1 around mid 2019 have access to these guns

I don't think you refunding the game, or canceling Origin Access had anything to do with it.

If you re-purchased it within the pre-order time frame like you said, and have the Enlister Pack, they should be there. It might just be an Account Issue, and Support would need to unlock those for you.

Hey im very sorry I was busy yesterday and couldnt get to contacting them and today I go to do it and it looks like im to late again but its only 6:30 gmt 

will I have to wait again untill tomorrow?

Is the Live Chat button greyed out when you try to Contact them? If so, you can try clearing everything in your Web Browser (History, Cookies, Cache, etc).

There isnt a chat button anymore at all it seems

I'm not sure if it depends on the Region you're in, as far as operating hours go, but they should be available.

If you're not seeing a Chat button, try what I mentioned above, or use a different Web browser. They're usually always available on Twitter as well on the EAHelp account.

Hey I got a reply back from the twitter account which seemed to get my point through much better 

the person helping me said they cant add weapons into the game for me but sees that I should have them so they have created a case and hopefully should have an email about it some time 

it seems this is a much bigger issue than just a glitch on my side it seems that offer is completely missing from my account for bf1 for some reason

I am having this problem too.

Is there any news about it?

Did you get you weapons back?

If yes, Could you tell how to contact them?

I have tried to contact the EA support but the problems doesn't get solved.
