Missing DLCs to play to play carrier assault, help

I am sorry that you had trouble with our support. I checked your case and I was not able to find any rude comment or behavior from our Game Advisor. It might be an issue with the chat but he waited a while after providing the details.

Have you already tried to delete your whole game data on your console in order to re-install BF4, Premium and the expansion from the store? It might be that some corrupted game or update files are blocking you from the expansion.
