Check the filter for your Origin Games Library to see if it's set to show the game as invisible/hidden.
If you're able to pull up your Order History and see it there, you definitely have it and are logged into the correct account. Check the filter or consider reinstalling the Origin client. Clearing it's cache can help too!If you visit your Order History in your Origin client and do not see the game, then it's likely on another account and you've created more than one account by accident.
