Yes I am but it should not be the case, because I recently renewed my Xbox Core (multiplayer) subscription...

@2a0ee2b74cbbc5fd Sounds like they opened a case at help.ea.com and got it resolved that way.
@MasterNinja2810 Really pleased to hear you got it sorted out. Hopefully you can give 2a0ee2b74cbbc5fd some info on what you did, as I've guessed.
