    Hi @MasterNinja2810 Are you on Xbox? That message normally relates to an issue with your Xbox subscription if you are on that platform.

It's good now, I contacted EA services and I just checked now and I'm back online. Thank for your assistance 🙂

    @2a0ee2b74cbbc5fd Sounds like they opened a case at help.ea.com and got it resolved that way.

    @MasterNinja2810 Really pleased to hear you got it sorted out. Hopefully you can give 2a0ee2b74cbbc5fd some info on what you did, as I've guessed.
