When trying to play battlefield I online, it says I’m missing my multiplayer privileges. I’m connected to the internet, my gamer tag is linked on origin.com, I have Xbox live, and I've cleared my MAC address along with restarted my console multiple times. What is going on? Ive played many hours on the game previously on this Xbox but now it is not working. Please assist

I spent an hour with an Xbox rep trying to solve this issue. "Online features not available". I would think he would tell me if my Xbox Gold membership either was not current or would not work

Having the same issues, I have hard reset the Xbox, rebooted the router, and reset the console. Still missing multiplayer privileges. I have Xbox live cuz I am to play Fortnite online. Checked my ea account no bans. Please help

Hi @prinz7710 As this thread hasn't been active since January 2023, I'm going to close it.

However, you will need to contact Xbox support about your problem as it involves your account or Xbox subscription.
