Missing Online Access Error

hello, when I enter the game, I am getting the error called mission online access as seen in the screenshot I sent as an attachment. I just downloaded the game and didn't use any cheats

The best option is to contact the Terms of Service team and they will investigate this issue: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Hi @MythV,

Did you check the My Ban History page to see if you are banned? If yes, then you have to appeal a ban, and you have to contact the Terms of Service team in relation to any ban.

  I'd definitely recommend this. The ToS team are the people you'll need to talk to.
  
  It might also be worth checking your email for messages from noreply@ea.com as you should have received a notification.
