Missing Serial Key

Hello,

I just bought a copy of Battlefield Bad Company 2 on steam, and I am pretty surprised that i have to put in a serial key. I never received one and I could not contact EA services by any means, that is why I am leaving a post here. Is anyone able to help me? I am pretty dissapointed about the fact that I can't even play the game i payed for, that is really stupid, and your help serives dont work what so ever

    I've the same issue, but I bought EA Play and when I start the game it asks me to log-in, but when I do correctly it asks too a serial code, which I searched in game files, properties and I searched too similiar issues but I haven't found a solution.

    I just want to transfer to my new email account. I can send the next batch of attachments as proof in the top comment.

    @BBDavid2 I think you'd need to get help for this from a game advisor. They're generally the people to assist with account issues.

    Open Steam

    Bad Company 2 and there is on the right the settings sign

    Press that and go to Manage---CD Key

    But...

    In game further on login it doesn't work.

    I have redeemed code in EA and then tried to gon in and play, but now it says that code is already in use...yeah by me!

    So, wrote to Steam and they said I have to contact EA.

    tried to do that, but it just doesn't work :D

    Can somebody just fix this?

    I downloaded Bad company 2 off of the Ea desktop platform, I did not receive a serial number for the game and cannot find one. I have Ea play because of my gamepass.

    Hi! Just bought Battlefield bad company 2 on steam. I’m trying to play multiplayer but after logging in I need a serial key? Can’t find it anywhere on steam... someways to fix this? Thanks

    @Edwender5 Hey there! So usually with Steam you should be able to right click the game in your Library list and there should be an option to "view CD key" can you check to see if you have this option?

    That does not work anymore... but problem solved, got help from ea chat support🙂
